This bill adds interlocal entities to the agencies that must post their financial data on the state's transparency web site. Interlocal entities are cooperatives involving multiple governments, such as an electric-service consortium or a wastewater treatment system. This would make more financial information available to the public and therefore earns a Bright Light.
